Four years ago Charles Timbrook from Martinsburg WV started the build of Black Out POW/MIA Veterans tribute semi. The truck is know to honor our brothers and sisters who never came home from war. Black Out has grown into a respected statement to honor all who have fallen in service to our country. God bless them all!
